Please allow 2 weeks for your original work to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from our shipping agent within this time frame.  

We carefully package all items with bubble wrap and cardboard, placing them inside a crate to guarantee their safe delivery.

We acknowledge that it may be tempting to open your painting right away when it arrives in a cardboard roll, but we kindly ask you to resist that temptation in order to ensure its safekeeping. The packaging must be intact and should only be opened by a professional framer. Mishandling could cause damage to the fragile paintings, so it is crucial to handle them with care.

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
