The natural world is a theme close to my heart. My landscape collection captures natural scenery experienced in my life and in my travels in France, from majestic mountain scenes to fields of lavender and sunrises, to scenery depicting villages in their natural setting.

My collection of seascape paintings evokes memories of my childhood in the Mediterranean South of France. The collection expresses my intimate experience and great love of this coastal region. Themes of the sea, fishing trips, wharves, and fishing boats pervade the collection.

My still life collection focuses on subjects that have passed through my personal life and my travels.

Commissioning a painting for yourself or someone dear to you carries a lot of emotion, as later in life it takes you back in time to a special moment, a place or event, a person, or perhaps a pet… the painting visually represents something heartfelt, and each time you look at it, you remember that special time.

Gerard is an accomplished artist/illustrator with over 20 years of industry experience. His artistic competency includes both manual and digital art. He has completed a range of illustration projects covering character/cartoon design, book illustration, technical illustration for instructional manuals, medical and botanical illustration, and educational textbooks.
